Join us Friday, November 8 for ODC Day Out at Rachel's Cafe & Creperie!

Our Programs and Mission Work Hand-in-Hand

To achieve the mission and goals, the Center’s staff implements a well-rounded program. Our goal is to place participants in their least restrictive environment. We want to set people up to succeed!

Program Plan

The participant, the Center’s staff, and the family & support staff of the individual, are included in a team approach to review the individual’s current skill level, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and develop an approach to improve weak areas.

Pre- Vocational Training

Participants are assigned to a supervised work area. While in this area, they are working and earning a salary, and at the same time, improving their work skills and abilities.

Pre- employment Transitional Services

An ODC representative will identify and work with high school students who are transitioning from a school setting to competitive employment.

The Services We Offer

Our programs create ways for us to be involved in the local community, and partnering with local businesses is something we are proud of.
