ODC Programs
To achieve the mission and goals, the Center's staff implements two program areas. The first is the individual's employment experience. All employees are assigned to a supervised work area. While in this area, the employee is working and earning a salary, and at the same time, improving his or her work skills and abilities. The second is the development of the individual's program plan. The employee, the Center's staff and the family are included in a team approach to review the individual's current skill level, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and develop an approach to improve weak areas.Work Activities Center (WAC) and Mobile Work Crew (MWC)
